Contractor's Equipment Floater

Contractor's Equipment Floater is associated with equipment and tools of a contractor that are normally excluded under the typical builder's risk coverage. This type of policy may be used to cover a wide range of equipment including, but not limited to: Bulldozers, graders, forklifts, loaders, mobile equipment, compressors, generators, pneumatic tools, earth-moving equipment, small hand tools, shovels and hammers.

  • Property may be owned, leased or rented by the insured
  • Coverage may be provided for property, for which the insured is legally liable
  • Competitive Pricing - Minimum premium as low as $250.
